✅ Side-by-side mode is active — the Client Portal and Staff Operations Console are now running on independent backends (ports 5000 and 5001). You and Rhome can both log into both apps simultaneously without any switching. The Intake site is the third app and uses a shared backend with the Client Portal for now; switch to it via SpadeOps if needed.
